Welcome to Domivella (hereinafter referred to as “we”). This Shipping Policy explains important information regarding order processing, shipping, delivery, and related matters when you place an order on our website.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not support shipping to any countries or regions outside the United Kingdom.
Orders with delivery addresses outside the United Kingdom may be rejected or cancelled.

2. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable international logistics carriers for delivery, including but not limited to:
FedEx, UPS, and DHL Express.
The specific carrier used will be determined based on the delivery address, package size, weight, and operational arrangements.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated as follows:
Orders with a total value of AUD 79.99 or more (including AUD 79.99) qualify for free shipping.
Orders below AUD 79.99 are charged a flat shipping fee of AUD 8.99.

All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing time refers only to order preparation and dispatch and does not include transit time.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

5. Order Cut-Off Time (Business Day Rule)

The daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (18:00) on business days.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day are usually processed on the same day or the next business day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

The cut-off time is calculated based on business day rules.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.
This is an estimated timeframe only, and actual delivery may vary due to logistics carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking information.
You may also track your order through the “Order Tracking” link located in the website footer.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become available.

8. Taxes and Duties

All applicable taxes and duties are included in the product prices displayed on our website.
You will not be required to pay any additional taxes, duties, or VAT upon delivery.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics carrier delays, customs inspections or clearance delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or strikes.
Such delays do not constitute a breach of our contractual obligations.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.
