Order Cancellation Policy
This Order Cancellation Policy explains the conditions and rules applicable when you request to cancel an order after placing it.
1. Orders Eligible for Cancellation
After your order is successfully placed, you may request to cancel the order if it has not been shipped within 24 hours.
If the request meets the applicable conditions, we will cancel the order and arrange a refund.
2. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
An order cannot be directly cancelled under the following circumstances:
More than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed;
The order has entered the shipping process or has already been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may apply for a return after receiving the order in accordance with the applicable return and exchange policy.
3. Refunds
For orders that are successfully cancelled, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
The actual time for the refund to be credited may vary depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
